Tucked away in the town of New Market, Ontario — part of what’s called the Horseshoe region of Greater Toronto is Nugent Miller Events, easily considered the most exclusive and quintessential interior and party design business in the area.
We discovered Nugent Miller events perhaps like most people; through photos and other people’s past or present associations. Such was the case when LHDT productions, a reality TV production company was soliciting a private space for an important reality project. Through popular urban interior design purveyor Marc Decor, the producers of LHDT were introduced to the unassuming town of New Market and Nugent Miller. Fronted by the eccentric and spirited Kerryon Miller, a Mortgage and Financial executive who juggles a busy corporate life and uses her spare time to push the thriving events and party rental business. Nugent expressed that developing this business is a passion project and it’s evident in the care and precision she took to carefully ensure that only the best was given for the LHDT shoot.
Of course it takes a village to ensure success in any business and Kerryon enlists the help of partners she trusts who not only shares the same vision of Nugent Miller, but who also works to execute every client event flawlessly. On the night of the LHDT shoot, it was late and space was very tight, but Kerryon along with Marc Decor worked assiduously around the space to help the producers and crew create the ambiance, look and impact that was needed for the scene. It was evident in that moment that the leader of the pack was selfless and reassuring in her willingness to give her best for those who want to look and feel good when using her business.
